We signed a 12-month engagement with Connected Interactive in June 2021 as marketing experts to aid us in growing our install base and to improve customer engagement within our retail ecommerce app.

They brought immediate benefits to our business with their industry knowledge and ability to deliver both native app strategy & execution support. They helped us immensely to make the necessary changes within our app to become best-in-class and now, a market leader.
Specifically, they supported us with the following: paid media acquisition & customer engagement campaigns, MMP integration, ASO strategy, implementation of a growth hacking methodology, and helped guide our capability roadmap (push notifications, IAM, Web-to-app acquisition, feature roadmap).

As a result of our engagement, we were able to drastically scale installs and have seen a significant increase in MAU. Additionally, they helped educate our internal teams to become subject matter experts in the space.
